• Location working: Ho Chi Minh City
• Reporting to: Commercial Director

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Be overall responsible for brand management and corporate identity
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Develop strategies and tactics in order to achieve the targets
• Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
• Develop products, contribute in professional ways through marketing activation, campaigns, and programs
• Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely.
• To perform other tasks assigned directly by the Commercial Director

REQUIREMENT 

• Graduated from College / University in the fields of Economics, Business Administration, Marketing...and related industries.
• At least 8 years of experience in the same position, giving priority to candidates with experience in Real Estate industry.
• Understand the real estate market; Good knowledge of deploying Marketing, PR and Events activities in real estate; Skill in copy writing, PR writing, good press release
• Having the ability to speak, negotiate, persuade; leadership and good strategic vision.

BENEFITS

• Salary: $2000 - $4000, depends on candidate's experience and qualifications
